DataRoom BD provides a hosted deal room and compliance workspace. Access to client rooms is provisioned by the operator. Creating an account does not by itself grant access to another organisation's documents.

You must keep credentials and guest tokens confidential, upload only material you are authorised to share, and use the product in line with applicable Bangladesh law, including AMLA record-keeping duties that apply to your institution.

Screening, checklist suggestions, and audit answers are decision-support tools. They do not replace counsel, a compliance officer, or a regulator. Sandbox integrations with government registries are not live feeds unless a separate arrangement says so.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page is the effective date. Continued use of a provisioned room after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
