Use the email or username from your invitation, then open sign in. After a successful sign-in you land on the dashboard for rooms you can access.

If you cannot sign in, use forgot password. Enter the account email. If an account exists, a one-hour reset link is sent. The form always confirms the same way so it cannot be used to probe whether an email is registered.

Counterparties receive a portal link with a token. Open that URL directly — you do not need a DataRoom BD password. Keep the token private; it is the access grant.

Once you are inside a room, the in-page help control covers documents, Q&A, tasks, signing, and compliance. Command room and dashboard stay behind authentication on purpose.
