What we build
DataRoom BD is an agentic compliance deal room for Bangladesh banking. It combines a secure document vault, guest access, signing, and an append-only audit trail so a reviewer can answer "who saw what, and what remains open?" without assembling spreadsheets by hand.
Who it is for
Transaction teams, compliance reviewers, external counsel, and counterparties who need controlled access to a room. Client rooms are provisioned — this is not an open self-serve marketplace.
What stays private
Workspace documents, screening verdicts, and command-room operations stay behind authentication. The public site is limited to marketing, legal, help, and sign-in flows.
